Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Once the order is placed, cancellation can be done if the product has not been dispatched from our shop. If the product is dispatched, then a cancellation fee of 10% of the product value will be charged from the customer. The customer can choose to cancel the order in 24 hours once the product is received. No cancellations are allowed after 24 hours.

Replacements

If the order is received in a damaged condition, then the product will be replaced with a like for like product. Please ensure to inform within 24 hours if the product is received in a damaged condition with photographic evidence and a description of the damage.

Once the damaged product is returned then a replacement product or like for like will be dispatched.

If any size from that ordered is delivered incorrectly, we will ensure to send the correct size within 48 hours after receiving the complaint from the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of shoes that have been worn, even for a short time.
